Beadwork is a wonderfully mindful activity. In this 6 week beadwork course we will explore 6 of the more widely used stitches - Peyote Stitch, Brick Stitch, Square Stitch, Spiral Rope, Herringbone Stitch and Right Angle Weave. Using a needle, thread and some small beads we will learn the basics within these stitches to create a SAMPLE of each one. The aim of the course is to understand the foundation of these stitches in a relaxed and creative atmosphere. At the end of the course, you will have a sampler booklet of the 6 stitches. Each stitch is accompanied by high quality computer generated instructions for you to refer to later on. Your tutor Stacey has had many of her beadwork pieces published in the UK and in America and loves to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with anyone who will listen ! Beautiful examples of made jewellery from each stitch will be on display for inspiration. Classes start on Wednesday mornings, 3RD SEPTEMBER 2025 at 10:30 to 1:00pm to 8TH OCTOBER - 6 consecutive weeks. All materials included. Small classes. -

Fine, non tarnish soft tempered Craft Wire .3 mm in diameter(or 28 gauge) in a 40 yard spool.Used in making crochet wired jewellery, Tiara's, Beaded Flowers/Animals and many other hand crafts. Lacquered- Tarnish-Resistant Wire- Half hard wire thats ideal for jewelry making- wire wrapping- crafting- scrapbooking- and much more! - 99.99% Copper core - Lead Free- Nickel Free. Medium temper wire is flexible and well-suited for creating components with sharp angles or that need to maintain their shape under moderate stress- such as ear wires- jump rings- or weight-bearing parts of wire-wrapped jewellery.
